Payroll 

At Stuart Davis Consulting we can either set up your payroll from scratch or transition from the finance department or another external provider. We are charity experts. We can run your payroll from either your finance system or set up a new payroll system on the most suitable accounting software for your charity. Your payroll will be completely secure. Only qualified experienced staff will have access. 

What can we offer? 

We can offer the full payroll service from set up to monthly payslips, and annual reporting to HMRC. The full service would include: 

  • Register your charity with HMRC. 
  • Set up new or existing employees. 
  • Manage all starters and leavers. 
  • Manage any pay increases, bonuses, London weighting allowances etc 
  • Manage any attachments to earnings. 
  • Report to HMRC EPS and FPS 
  • Deduct and pay all NI, PAYE, student loans. 
  • Manage and pay all pension contributions to your pension provider.  
  • Set up a pension account with your preferred provider if required.  
  • Pay your employees. 
  • Issue each employee an electronic payslip from our payroll system or yours 
  • Manage all tax year end payroll tasks, issue P60’s 
  • Calculate and issue P11D’s if required. 
  • Update software with any changes to deductions for the new tax year. 
  • Ensure compliance with all current and future payroll regulations. Examples include the national minimum wage, apprenticeship scheme levy, and pension auto enrolment. 
  • Manage any disclosure and barring service (DBS) checks if needed.
