The great thing about Stuart Davis Consulting that we have breadth as well as depth. We specialise in charities, but we cover the whole range of finance that a charity needs. I joke that we have every flavour of accountant. So we can do day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll, we can do management accounting for internal reporting, but we can also do charity specific things like reporting to donors, and we can help with project audits, and we can do systems implementations and we can do due diligence. Its that breadth that really comes together when we’re doing transformation projects, or where we’re helping a charity to set up from scratch. We can embed in, and bring in whatever skills are needed.

Our Process.
No two charities are the same. There are common threads that run through different projects, but each charity has its own mission, its own impact that its striving for, and its own circumstances. Which means that everything we do has to be tailored to what that charity needs. Otherwise we simply won’t deliver for them.
Because we have such diverse skills in the team, we can bring people in and out of a project as necessary.
And we’re flexible. Needs change over time. What we a charity needed a couple of months ago might not be what they need now. We make sure we can change with those needs.
